It was born with the objective to promote and educate on the quality and nutritional value of berries and small fruit.

The Carm is open in the summer months to follow the seasonality of our products.

The best whole fruits are picked fresh in the morning, selected and brought directly to our laboratory where we transform it in delicious ice cream to be served next to natural yoghurt from our region, shakes and milk shakes, juicy fruit salads used to garnish our cakes or simply for a warm chocolate fondue.

The short distance between fields and laboratory allow us to use a products that maintains unaltered its sensory qualities and vitamin content.

We also offer syrup for fresh and thirst-quenching drinks, juices, jams without food colouring or preservatives, all processed in our own specialised laboratory when we can ensure the best quality.
